By downloading, installing, or using FlexiGantt, you agree to these Terms.
1. License and Apple Standard EULA
FlexiGantt is distributed through the Apple App Store and is licensed, not sold.
Your license to use FlexiGantt is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), available at:

The Apple Standard EULA is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA regarding your license to use FlexiGantt, the Apple Standard EULA governs.
2. Project Planning and Scheduling Results
FlexiGantt provides tools for project planning, scheduling, dependency analysis, critical path analysis, resource planning, forecasting, and related project-management activities.
Schedules, dates, durations, critical paths, float values, resource calculations, forecasts, warnings, and other results produced by FlexiGantt depend on the project data, assumptions, configuration, and other information provided to the application.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating project information and results before relying on them for business, contractual, financial, operational, or other decisions.
FlexiGantt does not guarantee that a project will meet any particular schedule, milestone, deadline, budget, resource requirement, or other project objective.
3. No Professional Advice
FlexiGantt is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, engineering, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
Project-management information and calculations produced by FlexiGantt are intended to assist users in planning and analysis and should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgment where such judgment is required.
4. AI and Automation Features
FlexiGantt may provide features that allow the application to interact with AI assistants, automation tools, command-line tools, or other software selected or operated by the user.
Output or actions produced through such integrations may depend on third-party software and services that are not controlled by FlexiGantt.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated or automated changes before relying on them, particularly changes affecting project data, schedules, dependencies, resources, milestones, or other project information.
Third-party tools and services may be subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies.
5. User Data and Project Files
You are responsible for the project information and other content that you create, import, open, edit, or export using FlexiGantt.
You should maintain backups appropriate to the importance of your data.
Use of FlexiGantt does not transfer ownership of your project content to FlexiGantt.
6. Third-Party Formats and Services
FlexiGantt may import from, export to, or otherwise interoperate with file formats, applications, or services provided by third parties.
Compatibility with third-party formats or services may be incomplete and may change when those formats or services change.
References to third-party products, services, or file formats do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by their respective owners.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use FlexiGantt in violation of applicable law or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
You must also comply with applicable third-party terms when using FlexiGantt together with third-party products or services.
8. Changes to FlexiGantt
FlexiGantt may be updated from time to time.
Features may be modified, replaced, or discontinued. Functionality may evolve as the product is developed.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees the continued availability of any particular feature.
9. Privacy
Your use of FlexiGantt is also subject to the FlexiGantt Privacy Policy:

10. Warranty and Liability
The warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable consumer protections governing your license to FlexiGantt are set out in the Apple Standard EULA referenced above.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when FlexiGantt or the legal requirements applicable to it change.
When the Terms are materially changed, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.
