FlexiGantt is designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains website analytics choices and the limited information collected when you use the app.
Website analytics and your choice
Website analytics are off by default. Until you select Allow analytics, we do not load Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics, send analytics requests, or set analytics cookies. Selecting Decline keeps analytics off. Both choices are remembered in your browser’s local storage under flexigantt_analytics_consent as a record containing your decision (granted or denied), the UTC time of your choice, and consent version 1.0. We honor a stored choice only when it is valid and applies to the current consent version. If the scope or purpose of analytics materially changes, we request consent again before loading analytics. Older choices without a version and timestamp also require a new choice. If local storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page and we ask again on your next visit.
If you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand website visits and clicks on our App Store download buttons. We send the standard page_view event and the custom app_store_click event, with a button location such as hero, header, or footer. We exclude URL query strings and fragments from page URLs and use only the referring website’s origin. Google Analytics also processes standard technical information, such as browser and device information, and uses first-party analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) containing pseudonymous identifiers to distinguish visits. Reports help us understand the website’s acquisition funnel; they do not identify visitors by name.
You can change your choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer. If you withdraw consent, we disable analytics, remove the site’s accessible analytics cookies where practical, and reload the page without Google Analytics. Withdrawing consent prevents future collection; it does not delete information already sent to Google.
We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in the website tag. We do not add advertising cookies, session recordings, heatmaps, or generic interface click tracking. Website analytics and application analytics are separate funnels: we do not correlate website visitors with FlexiGantt installations. Website events never include project names, task names, filenames, file paths, user-entered project content, personal identifiers, or other FlexiGantt project data.
Consent evidence stays in your browser. We do not send consent records to a server or collect IP addresses, visitor IDs, browser fingerprints, or additional personal information to prove consent. The repository retains the exact banner text, processing purpose, provider, loading behavior, and corresponding Privacy Policy for each consent version.

Application usage statistics
Information we collect
FlexiGantt collects anonymized product interaction events. These events indicate that a feature or action was used, but they are not linked to your identity and are not used to track you across other apps or websites.
How we use this information
We use these events only to produce aggregate statistics about feature usage. These statistics help us understand how FlexiGantt is used and decide where to improve the product.
We do not use this information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-app or cross-website tracking. We do not sell it.
Service providers
If a service provider processes usage statistics on our behalf, it may use the information only to provide that service to us and must protect it appropriately. We do not permit service providers to use FlexiGantt usage statistics for advertising or tracking.
Retention and deletion
We retain anonymized interaction events only for as long as reasonably necessary to produce aggregate feature-usage statistics and improve FlexiGantt.
Because these events are not linked to an identity, we cannot identify or retrieve events associated with a particular person in response to an access or deletion request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if FlexiGantt’s data practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown on this page.
